PATC successfully conducted Security Guard Training for PSEC – UTP Station, focusing on strengthening essential knowledge, security awareness, and competencies for effective security operations.

From 26–30 September 2026, Pattaya Aviation Training Center (PATC) conducted the Security Guard (Initial) Training for participants from PSEC – UTP Station.

The training was designed to provide participants with the fundamental knowledge, understanding, and awareness required to perform security duties effectively and responsibly.

Strengthening Security Knowledge and Awareness

Effective security operations require personnel to remain alert, understand their responsibilities, recognize potential security concerns, and respond appropriately to different situations.

Throughout the Security Guard Training, participants strengthened their understanding of security procedures, situational awareness, security responsibilities, and appropriate practices required for day-to-day operations.

The training also emphasized the importance of Security Awareness and Security Culture, helping personnel understand their individual role in maintaining a secure operational environment.

Building a Strong Security Culture

Security is not only about responding when an incident occurs. Prevention, observation, communication, and continuous awareness are equally important in maintaining effective security operations.

Through professional training, PATC aims to equip security personnel with the knowledge and mindset required to carry out their responsibilities with awareness, confidence, and professionalism.
