The program covers airside layout and restricted areas, airside driving permits, airfield markings and signage, radio communication procedures, speed limits, right-of-way rules, aircraft safety zones, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention, and emergency response procedures. Emphasis is placed on situational awareness, hazard recognition, and strict adherence to airport regulations to prevent runway incursions and ground incidents.
